Coming from a family of home builders and developers, Alexander has deep expertise in ground-up development, zoning, construction, renovations, and commercial leasing. He has led development projects, leased thousands of square feet of office space, and negotiated deals with the Fortune 500 tenants, national franchises, and public entities shown below — closing tens of millions in real estate transactions, including multiple eight-figure deals.
Before real estate, Alexander worked in financial strategy at Cumberland Farms & Gulf Oil, where he valued over $2.4 billion in retail real estate inside the FP&A group. That grounding in financial analysis and market evaluation continues to shape every deal — meticulously structured, strategically positioned, and built for close.
Alexander holds an MBA, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and earned the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association.
